Heritage Power General Trading LLC

Plasticizers

High-performance phthalate & non-phthalate plasticizers for flexible PVC and specialty polymers—engineered for flexibility, durability, and processability.

Overview

Plasticizers

Heritage Power supplies specification-grade plasticizers—including DOP, DOTP, DINP, and TOTM—sourced from certified manufacturers to ensure consistent quality and reliable supply. These additives enhance flexibility, permanence, and processing in PVC and select polymers, supporting cable, film, flooring, automotive, medical, and other high-demand applications. Documentation (COA/SDS/testing) is available on request.

Key Advantages

Phthalate and non-phthalate selections to meet regional and application-specific requirements.

DOTP and TOTM support thermal endurance and long-term performance in demanding environments.

DINP and TOTM reduce migration for durability in extended-life products.

Vetted producers, predictable lead times, and end-to-end documentation for compliant shipments.

DOP (Dioctyl Phthalate)

  • What it is: General-purpose phthalate plasticizer; highly compatible with PVC.
  • Why it’s used: Balanced cost-to-performance, excellent flexibility and workability.
  • Typical applications: Flexible PVC, wire & cable insulation, industrial/automotive plastics, adhesives & sealants, paints & coatings, medical-grade tubing/components.

DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate)

  • What it is: Non-phthalate terephthalate plasticizer; safer alternative to traditional phthalates.
  • Performance notes: Low volatility, excellent thermal stability, and migration resistance for long-term integrity and regulatory alignment.
  • Typical applications: Wire & cable, automotive interiors, flexible films & sheets, flooring & wall coverings, consumer goods.

DINP (Diisononyl Phthalate)

  • What it is: High-MW phthalate with strong permanence and low volatility.
  • Performance notes: Enhances durability and environmental resistance; excellent PVC compatibility for consistent processing.
  • Typical applications: Building & construction materials, automotive components, electrical insulation/wiring, artificial leather/coated fabrics, hoses & tubing.

TOTM (Trioctyl Trimellitate)

  • What it is: High-MW trimellitate for high-temperature & critical applications.
  • Performance notes: Very low volatility, minimal migration, outstanding thermal stability and extractables profile.
  • Typical applications: Wire & cable insulation, under-the-hood automotive parts, gaskets & seals, flexible PVC roofing membranes, medical devices/tubing.
