Heritage Power General Trading LLC

PVC & Plastic Resins

Prime grades for extrusion, molding, packaging, electrical and medical uses—PVC, PP, PET, PE, PS, ABS, PC with consistent mechanical, thermal, and chemical performance.

Overview

PVC & Plastic Resins

Heritage Power supplies specification-grade PVC & plastic resins sourced from certified manufacturers to ensure reliable quality, repeatable processing, and steady availability. Our portfolio spans PVC, PP, PET, PE (HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE), PS, ABS, and PC, serving applications from pipes and cable conduit to food packaging, films, automotive components, appliances and medical devices. Full documentation (COA/SDS/testing) is available on request.

Key Advantages

Prime materials tailored for extrusion, injection molding, film/sheet and fiber.

Grades aligned to mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance needs across sectors.

Resins selected for flow, stability and surface finish in real production settings.

Vetted producers, predictable lead times and complete shipment documentation.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

  • What it is: Widely used synthetic polymer—supplied as a white powder; can be formulated rigid or flexible.
  • Why it’s used: Chemical/acid/alkali resistance, inherent flame retardance (chlorine content), long service life and low maintenance.
  • Key applications: Pipes & fittings, profiles, window frames (construction); cable insulation & conduit (electrical); medical tubing, blood/IV containers; packaging (blister/shrink).

PP (Polypropylene)

  • What it is: Versatile thermoplastic from propylene; lightweight with excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical strength.
  • Why it’s used: Heat tolerance, solvent/acid/base resistance; hygienic contact performance.
  • Key applications: Food packaging (containers, caps/closures, films); automotive (interiors, battery cases, bumpers); consumer goods (appliance housings); textiles (non-wovens, carpets); medical (syringes/disposables).

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

  • What it is: Polyester family; known for strength, clarity, and low weight—great optics and gloss.
  • Why it’s used: High transparency and impact resistance; lightweight → shipping efficiency.
  • Key applications: Beverage bottles (water/soft drinks/juices); food trays & clamshells; fibers (textiles/industrial); films (labels/insulation/packaging).

PVC and Plastic Resins

PE (Polyethylene): HDPE / LDPE / LLDPE

HDPE (High-Density PE)

Rigid products—containers, pipes, crates, geomembranes; excellent strength-to-density and chemical resistance.

LDPE (Low-Density PE)

Flexible packaging—bags, films, wire insulation; high flexibility, toughness, clarity.

LLDPE (Linear Low-Density PE)

High-performance films, geomembranes, flexible tubing; enhanced tensile & puncture resistance vs LDPE.

Other Engineering & Commodity Resins

PS (Polystyrene)

Cost-effective; cutlery, EPS foam packaging, rigid containers—easy molding, crystal clarity in GPPS.

ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)

Durable, impact-resistant & dimensionally stable; automotive parts, appliance housings, electronics, toys.

PC (Polycarbonate)

High-performance, transparent & impact-resistant; optical media, safety gear, eyewear lenses, automotive lighting.
